AB 48 – Use of Kinetic Energy or Chemical Agent for Crowd Control
Effective January 1, 2022, Assembly Bill 48 requires each law enforcement agency, within a specified time frame, to post a summary of any incident in which that agency deploys a kinetic energy projectile or chemical agent for crowd control on its website.
