About Community Outreach
Community Outreach Specialists connect the police department and the community, providing a consistent and personal point of contact. Community Outreach is home to Support K-9 Jacks. He gives love and support to the community in times of need.
The team focuses on crime prevention, community events, and crime prevention through environmental design strategies. Community Outreach proudly hosts National Night Out, our annual Open House, and numerous other engagement events.

Register your bike
The Irvine Police Department is dedicated to preventing bicycle theft. Registering your bikes is the first step in prevention. Our goal is to register as many bikes as possible to protect your property and return lost or stolen bikes to their owners. Also, please remember always to lock up your bicycles.
