The Orange County Superior Court handles all traffic and minor offense citations issued by the Irvine Police Department. Your citation should have a courthouse listed. Generally, most Irvine cases are handled by the Harbor Court.

Only the court collects fines and handles requests to contest citations. If you have questions about your citation, such as the fine amount or what you need to do next, you’ll need to contact the court directly or visit Traffic Court Resources.

In most cases, you will receive a courtesy notice from the court. It is your responsibility to handle your citation on or before the appearance date listed on your citation.

IMPORTANT: The Irvine Police Department and Court will never call you to demand payment of a fine over the phone or by email.
