You can file a report for identity theft in person at the Irvine Police Department Business Desk during regular business hours.
You must bring receipts, bank statements, and any other relevant documents and evidence that will be required to investigate your incident. In most cases, we are unable to provide reports without all the necessary documentation. Please view victim resources provided by the Attorney General here:
