Please take a moment to fill out the attached Trespass Arrest Authorization form for your location. When submitting this document, the business owner or designee will be required to sign in the presence of a notary public; please come prepared with proper identification (current Identification or Driver’s license) for notary purposes. Return your completed form to the Irvine Police Department.
Please be sure to include the property address and the name of the business. Please do not fill out the Premise History information. For posted properties, the authorization shall be in effect for twelve (12) months from the date given below, unless revoked in a written notice signed by you and delivered to the Irvine Police Department.
For posted properties, please refer to the signage requirements set forth in Irvine Municipal Code (IMC) 4-14-702, and 5-9-521 (B)(10).
