About I-REP
The Irvine Rider Education Program (I-REP) allows participants to receive real-world safety instruction from trained Irvine Police Traffic Bureau Instructors. The course is offered for riders of bicycles, e-bikes, e-devices, and motorcycles. The class combines a lecture portion with an emphasis on the rules of the road and a practical riding obstacle course.
The bicycle, e-bike, and e-device class is open to e-bike riders from ages 12 to 17, with priority given to middle school-age students. All students must have a parent or guardian in attendance.
